Hapuna Golf Course

Text Box: In 1997, the U.S. Golf Association named Hapuna "The Course of the Future." This Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay-designed 18-hole championship course is nestled into the dramatic natural contours of the land from the shoreline to about 700 feet above sea level. This beautiful course features spectacular views of the Kohala Coast and the Pacific, with snow-capped Mauna Kea volcano as a backdrop. Hapuna's challenging play and environmental sensitivity make it one of Hawaii's most unique golf courses. Hapuna Golf Course is within easy walking distance of Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel with a full range of facilities and services.

The course utilizes the natural terrain formed by the now extinct Mauna Loa volcano to the fullest. You will find clover shaped bunkers and superb Bermuda greens and fairways. Look for the 545 yard, Par 5, 3rd hole - consistently rated as one of Hawaii's best holes.
