From the black-lava peninsula to the white sands of Oneola Bay, this tropical 6,761-yard, par 72 course has been rendered to perfection with the meticulous attention to detail that can only be found in the courses of Links LS. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the Kapalua Bay Course includes panoramic views of the Pacific from almost every hole. Rated 15th "Best in State" in 1995 by Golf Digest, the Kapalua Bay course provides a unique challenge to every golfer's skill level. The Bay Course is characterized by rolling and hilly terrain; 68 bunkers total; and 8 water hazards. Signature Hole Comments: This par three hole promises to be one of the most dramatic golf holes in the world! Your tee shot must carry 100 yds over the Pacific onto a well-guarded green. This down wind approach leaves many golf shots in the bunkers that flank the back of the green. |
